I’m curious, because it seems like one of the best bang-for-your-buck vehicles out there. In Canada, MSRP is $42,288, and that’s pretty much fully loaded (sunroof, block heater, navigation, safety tech, et cetera). I can’t seem to find any reviews of it, though. Anyone else heard anything about it yet?

Looks fantastic to me. An affordable S4? A grown-up STI? Or just an expensive Fusion? Hopefully someone chimes in with a review.

Two out of three of those would be right, I think. I don’t think it’s just an expensive Fusion, otherwise the RS is just an expensive Focus. Cheap S4 might be right, since they make similar power (although the Fusion makes way more torque), grown up STI would be about right since there’s no Legacy 2.5 GT anymore.

This guy did a pretty long review on YouTube. Be warned it kind of drags on, the guy is hard to listen to, and there is bad music. But it is a review. He didn’t like it as much as he hoped.

I think the only downside is it doesn’t get the trick AWD setup like the Focus RS and MKZ use.

A friend of a friend just got one, I know Travis would’ve wanted one if it was available when the lease on his last Fusion was up. Haven’t seen any reviews though.

This is one of my finalists in the search for a new car, I too am anxiously awaiting the official reviews. Plus I can't find a non black one around here.

You are in luck, did some research, and found a review only about 7 minutes long with all the basic information:
However, I believe Subaruwrxfan might get his hands on one in the near future, and he makes really good reviews. Just look at his Shelby GT350 review he made a few weeks ago! You won’t wanna miss it.

Have you considered the 3.0 MKZ? don’t need to up the options as much and 400 hp. I just built one for Canada and it came to just under 50k but i changed wheels and interior trim

Thing is, after taxes a 3.0 litre MKZ is pushing $50k with no options (after taxes), versus a Fusion Sport for $42k. Yeah, the 3.0 makes way more horsepower and more torque, but I’m not 100% sold that it would be worth that much more.
Of course, this is all operating in the hypothetical. A car like this is probably at least two years away for me, I’m just interested in it.

Oh trust me I get it. I look up cars I can’t buy for 4 years already.
Then again I always buy used so it’ll be a lot less money when I can get my hands on it.
